Maps are recorded, filed in the vault and indexed in the clerk's computerized land records system. Once a map or survey is filed, it never leaves the office, except for copying and microfilming. There are regulations concerning materials, printing process, signatures and seals on a map.
We maintain indexes by Map Title/Subject and by Street. At this time, we have approximately 3,000 maps on file. Maps are available to print from our search computers at $1 per page, or a complete map image may be obtained for $4.
